Andrew is a drama consultant with Surrey LEA...

Andrew Pullen studied drama at The University of Kent in Canterbury and trained to be a teacher with Margaret Higgins at Bispham Arts College in Blackpool. He has been head of drama and performing arts at a number of schools and colleges across the south of England, and continues to work as a freelance director. Andrew was co-artistic director of the Thorndike Exchange, a youth and community theatre company, working from the Thorndike Theatre in Leatherhead before establishing Theatre Exchange as an independent theatre company in its own right. With Theatre Exchange, Andrew developed many theatre experiences for a whole range of educational environments from primary school students to the field of disability arts. Andrew has worked as an associate drama consultant for 4S, working with Surrey LEA to develop gifted and talented provision for Year 7–11 drama students and has recently curated work for the Surrey Youth Theatre network.
