Doug Bott is a freelance musician, educator and arts manager specialising work with disabled people using music technology. As a Drake Music associate since 2000, Doug has delivered many accessible music projects for the charity, including collaborations with the Orchestra Of The Age Of Enlightenment, I Fagiolini & Eliza Carthy. As an arts manager he has developed and overseen the pioneering DM Education initiative as well as Drake Music's partnership with Sing Up. In March 2011 BBC Radio 4 broadcast a 30 minute documentary, ‘Charlotte White's Musical Flight', focusing on Doug's work with disabled musician Charlotte White. Doug has worked as a consultant/advisor to Sing Up, Musical Futures, Youth Music, FMS and a number of music Hubs. He is a regular speaker on music and disability at events such as Music Education Expo, Music Learning Live and NAME, and has written articles for a range of publications including Music Teacher Magazine & Arts Professional.   Doug makes his own noise in a band called Angel Tech, with a new album due for release in 2014.
